Arthritis can be a debilitating disease, but new treatments and techniques are available to help. Because more than 100 forms of the disease exist, it is important to receive a correct diagnosis and begin treatment as early as possible. If detected early, pain and joint damage can often be reduced.

To help streamline your visit and reduce paperwork, required forms, appointment check-in, and access to documents are completed electronically through our secure patient portal or digital check-in options.
Electronic Check-In (No App Required)
Patients may complete required forms and check in electronically using:
- The check-in link sent by text message prior to the appointment
- An in-office QR code
- iPads available in the office
Patient Portal & healow® App (Optional)
Our practice also offers a secure Patient Portal powered by healow®, allowing patients to manage aspects of their care between visits.
Through the Patient Portal, patients may:
- View medical records and lab results
- Request prescription refills
- Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments
- Access health records for authorized family members
