Dr K was the best. Since she left my condition has gotten worse daily. Things I use to do I can’t any more. I love nurse practitioner that has been treating me but I need to get better. I have asked to be scheduled with Dr Bagley but I can’t see him. I can asks for him to come in the room while I’m at my appointment if he’s not with a patient. I’m not doing that because that’s taking away from patients that’s scheduled with him. I’m hurting everyday, can’t go to the gym like I use to, barely walking because the pain in my feet is so bad. I know there has to be another rheumatologist that can help me. Working an 8 hour shift is very hard to do now. Dr K is truly missed and she really knew how to treat the pain.Posted on Google
Lost GirlThis was my first visit. It took me 3 months to get in to see a provider. By this time I had forgotten to why I was referred to be seen as I have some medical problems. My appointment was at 2pm. I arrived 10 minutes early. As I was filling out paperwork. Another patient had came in and they had an appointment at 1pm but they arrived at 2 and still was seen before I was. I didn't get to go back into a room until 245ish. The provider has a scribe to get all of your history via zoom. I spent about 30-45mins going through my medical history. Which was very thorough. Then the provider came in and spent about 10 mins with me. (I still wasn't sure why I was there as I thought it was for an immunity problem). She checked my joints and said I had arthritis. I didn't have that diagnosis before and my joints weren't hurting. She decided to do a bunch of labs, x-rays and an MRI. She gave me some medication to help my joints. It's been almost a month now and I still don't know the results of any of the test that she had done. I don't feel any different taking this medication. I was at the office for over 4 hours. The nurse that works the back office was really nice and great. I think they only have her which is rooming all of the patients for all the providers. They do have the lab, x-rays and MRI there at the office which was very nice. I'm hoping for my next appointment I won't be there for 4 hours.Posted on Google
Rachael RomanIf I could rate this place a 10, I would. The staff are incredible. Always a smile and welcoming. They show incredible patience with the clients. Knowledgeable, holy cows, super knowledgeable but that doesn't mean they forget their bedside manners. Any questions are always answered in a way that I understand. Tbh, I am normally floored by how comfortable I am while I am there. I have been to plenty of doctors but there are only a few I truly enjoy. Dr K and staff are the best! I look forward to my visits because I feel like I am hanging out with friends. Truly, nothing but good things come from here. 😊Posted on Google
Allen DillmanArrived 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment for x-rays since the tech was out for my previous appointment. Got those done, then told to wait in the lobby for a few minutes to see the Dr. After almost an hour waiting, I asked at the desk why it was taking so long. I watched 8 patients come in and get called in the back within 5 minutes of arriving. I saw on the sign in sheet those appointment times were 20-30 minutes after mine. They lost my stuff and skipped over me. Had I not inquired there is no telling how long I would have been sitting there. I was there for more than 2 hours for x-rays and a routine visit. On my previous visit I had to wait almost 30 minutes for blood draw for labs. Very slow practice. The office I used to visit in Orlando was much faster. Pack a lunch if you're going here.Posted on Google

Ron DavisDr. K and her staff, particularly the Nursing Staff, are very professional, courteous, and always display genuine care and concern for your well being and health. Dr. K has definitely improved my condition, whereas, a previous RA Doctor told me there was nothing wrong and basically that I had "to deal with it". Dr. K ordered a series of tests and eventually developed a treatment plan which I am significantly better and mobile as opposed to before.... she is The Best!!!Posted on Google
