Nurse Practitioner – Rheumatology
Carol Hill, ARNP, has been part of the Arthritis & Osteoporosis Treatment Center (AOTC) for the past three years. She brings a unique blend of professional experience and personal dedication to her role, having transitioned to nursing after more than 20 years in the retail industry. Driven by a deep-rooted passion for helping others, she earned her BSN from Jacksonville University and later her MSN from Loyola University New Orleans.
For eight years, Ms. Hill worked in bedside nursing, building a strong foundation in patient care and developing a clear focus: empowering individuals to better understand their health so they can live healthier, fuller lives. At AOTC, she is recognized for her clear communication, compassion, and supportive guidance that help patients take charge of their wellness.

Outside of work, Carol enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her daughter, Aili, their labradoodle, Willa, and two playful cats, Rosie and Robber.
